Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and any delivery updates. If you have not received this email, please check your spam or junk folder, as emails from orders@altamareaskin.com can occasionally end up there.
We want you to truly love your Alta Marea products. If something isn’t quite right, please email us at orders@altamareaskin.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to help. Before ordering, we kindly recommend reading the ingredient list carefully and considering what works best for your skin. As a small business, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement for any product returned to us within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and process your return, refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
